Let’s face it, High School was better in the 80s… well at least the movies were, which is why we’re always happy to go back to our 80’s classics. Skewing a little bit darker than John Hughes ever did, Heathers is an essential watch for any film fan, with a script filled with wickedly sharp dialogue and performances from Winona Ryder and Christian Slater (both at their best).
Believe it or not, the film is 30 years old and the brilliant folks at Arrow Films are bringing it back to the big screen with a 4K restoration. A new poster for the rerelease has hit the net and can be found below.
We’re always anxious to see classics back on the big screen, and will definitely be first in line for Heathers when it rereleases on 8 August.
